-    The tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
-    Tickets are sold subject to the venue or promoter's right to alter or vary the program due to events or circumstances beyond its control without being obliged to refund monies or exchange tickets.
-    Unlawful resale or any attempt will lead to seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or compensation.
-    The ticket holder voluntarily agrees that the management, venue, event participants, the organizer and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners and employers are expressly released by the ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.
-    Whisk Live Hong Kong and Cordis Hong Kong accept no responsibility for any personal property.
-    In case of any dispute, the decision to Whisky Live Hong Kong shall be final, binding and conclusive.
-   If the masterclass is not full, Whisky Live HK reserves the rights to shift the guest to other session of masterclass.
